Rules

When parking, the following must be observed:

• Park only in the designated motorcycle parking stalls located on the first and second level of the garage.
• Parking in perceived spaces between cars or under stairwells is strictly prohibited.
• Parking against a wall without designated stalls, even if the motorcycle is not blocking traffic, footpaths, entrance or exit ramps, emergency exits, elevators, or stairwells is also strictly prohibited.
• Monthly motorcycle parking is available at $100.00 per month. Rate is subject to change. All parking regulations apply to operators of motorcycles. Violation of any of the parking regulations is also subject to a fine.
